• HangItUp Mounting LLC provides TV mounting and related services. By booking a service, you agree to allow our team to perform work on your property in accordance with the service details agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & Payments

• All pricing provided is based on the information you submit.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Deposits are Non-Refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is given in time.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiting the deposit.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that the TV and mounting area are accessible at the time of service.

• Verify that the wall or mounting surface is suitable for installation.

• Provide accurate information regarding TV make, model, and installation requirements.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• HangItUp Mounting LLC is not liable for damage caused by structural issues, hidden wiring/plumbing, or customer-provided mounting equipment.

• We are not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or improper handling after installation.

• HangItUp Mounting LLC is a fully insured business. In the rare event that damage occurs to your property during installation, our business insurance will cover the cost of repairs as needed. We take pride in our professionalism and take every precaution to avoid damage.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (including logos, text, and images) is the property of HangItUp Mounting LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
